Cole & Mason Chipotle Chilli
Eat our Chipotle Chilli with a Mexican chicken dish. Chestnut-brown chicken drizzled with chipotle chilli sauce, dressed with coriander and served with white rice and soured cream. Use any leftover ingredients for a burrito. Spread more chipotle chilli on a tortilla, add the chicken, rice, soured cream and any vegetables, fold and eat.

The name chipotle comes from the Aztec word chilpoctli, meaning 'smoked chilli'. The smoke-dried jalapeños have a strong Mexican heritage, but plenty of other cuisines have been inspired by the central American flavours - like Mexican-American, Tex-Mex, and dishes from the Southwest US.
