Cole & Mason Celery Salt
Eat our Celery Salt with a Bloody or Virgin Mary. Add a shot of vodka to a glass of tomato juice (or leave out the vodka). Then season with a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice and a pinch of celery salt.
Why not try sprucing up fried chicken. Sprinkle celery salt in the flour you coat the chicken in before frying. For a not-so-secret blend, try adding it along with onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and dried herbs. And while you're at it, you can add a pinch to your coleslaw, too.
In many cuisines, celery is a staple ingredient that forms the base of almost every dish – the Italian sofrito, the Spanish refogado, the French mirepoix.
Its warm, slightly bitter taste helps lift tomato-based sauces and juices. Our celery salt is a blend of sea salt and celery.
