Cole & Mason Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Eat our Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a classic pesto. An obvious choice, but a good one. Use some of this oil in place of all the plain oils in a classic pesto recipe. Then for something different, try adding that pesto to scrambled eggs.
Try whipping up super-fast lunches and snacks. Raspberry and basil are a surprisingly good match. For evidence, mascerate some raspberries and torn basil leaves in sugar – maybe with some citrusy juice. Then finish it off with a quick drizzle of this oil.
Jacket potato topped with butter is ripe for a rethink too. So drop the butter and use basil oil sprinkled with parmesan shavings.
The olives come from Cataluña and are harvested and processed by The Pons family in their Lleida province groves. They've been growing their 740 acres of Arbequiña olives for four ancestral generations.
Then they infuse the end product with essential basil oil.
