Cole & Mason Filtered Apple Cider Vinegar
Eat our Filtered Apple Cider Vinegar with a plate of beetroot-pickled devilled eggs. These colourful appetisers look great on a plate, but the beetroot flavour can be a bit one-dimensional. So pour some apple cider vinegar into the beetroot brine – it'll give an extra little lift to the finished dish.
Try livening up a side salad. Apple and cabbage salad comes alive with an apple cider vinaigrette. The cider taste helps the salad to compete with powerful, red meat dishes like chilli con carne. In the summer, serve a big bowl of the salad in the middle of the table to eat with barbecue food.
Our fruity and wine vinegars come mostly from the Oster family – a small producer in Mosel, Germany. They've been cultivating and producing wines there for more than 15 generations.
Mosel is a famous wine region on the banks of the river with the same name. Cultivators have been producing wine there since Roman times. The steep, verdant valleys and lively waterways give the region its own micro-climate that's perfect for vineyards.
