Cole & Mason Coriander Leaf
Eat our Coriander Leaf with a chicken salad. Dress a mixed-leaf chicken and peanut salad with warm creamed coconut, chillies, spring onion and coriander leaf. Or stir chopped coriander leaf and black pepper into yoghurt for a cooling side dish.
Why not try going Mexican. Add coriander leaf, parsley, fresh green chillies, garlic and onion into cooked rice for Mexican arroz verde. Or freshen up a salsa by stirring coriander leaf into chopped tomatoes with a little lemon juice and garlic.
Coriander leaf is found in dishes around the globe: from chutneys and salads in South Asia to salsa and guacamole in Mexico; via China, Thailand and Burma.
Even though it comes from the same plant as the coriander seed, the two have quite different flavours. Coriander leaf is earthy and aromatic, but the seeds are citrusy and fresh.
