Eat our Cajun Seasoning Blend with a salmon fillet. Baste a fillet in olive oil and the seasoning blend before grilling. Break it into chunks and put in a soft ciabatta with a dollop of mayo. Add a handful of rocket for extra peppery bite. 

Why not try blackening a chicken breast. Marinate the chicken with olive oil and the seasoning, then grill in a skillet. Serve with thick-cut potato wedges dressed with olive oil and a ketchup dip on the side. Or stir into a portion of baked beans before tipping onto a thick slice of toast for a twist on an old classic.
