Cole & Mason Steak Marinade Blend
Eat our Steak Marinade Blend with a beef skirt steak. Skirt steak has a fairly rough surface, so it soaks up a marinade better than most other cuts. Once you've added the marinade, grill the steak and serve with potato wedges and a crispy leaf salad.
Why not try using it in a beef casserole. Our blend has mustard, chilli and red bell pepper – all good for adding heat to red meat dishes. Sprinkle into a casserole to bring out the extra flavour from the beef and add a new dimension to the whole dish.
This marinade brings together herbs and spices from all over the world, but we blend them here in the UK.
Its kick comes from black pepper, red bell pepper, allspice pimento, dill, mustard and chilli. And for depth and earthiness, it has garlic, onion, salt, bay leaf and rosemary.
